The customer must inform us via call or email with a valid reason within 7 days of receiving the order.
The customer must possess a sales invoice.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manuals, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered.
THERE ARE 2 WAYS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT:
- We will initiate a request for reverse pickup and attempt to arrange it from our end.
- Once the pickup is scheduled, our courier partner will contact you and collect the
- shipment within 2-3 business days.
- However, in some cases, if we cannot provide return service, the customer must send  Â
- the product to us via India Post or any available courier company. Once we receive the product, we will reverse the courier charges.
- After receiving the product, our team will conduct a quality check, which takes 2 days.
- The refund will be credited within 6-8 business days after cancellation/return.
